Alfred Molina Early Life
Esteban Molina, his father, was a Spaniard from Madrid who arrived in England in 1939 and worked as a waiter and driver. Giovanna, his mother, was an Italian immigrant who came to the United Kingdom during WWII and worked as a chef and cleaner at a hotel.
Molina grew up in a Notting Hill working-class neighbourhood with many other immigrant families.
